Packages start at $800
BACK TO BASICS PACKAGE INCLUDES (but not limited to):
Creating and adhering a wedding day timeline
Being the point of contact for all your vendors- we don’t need you worrying about anyone calling you asking questions on the day of your event, we will take care of it!
Overseeing wedding rehearsal- we will help you practice walking down the aisle with your wedding party, your parents, and the officiant
Meeting and directing vendors where and when to set up
Setting up and styling ceremony/reception spaces
Guiding and cuing your wedding party during ceremony & reception events
Handling last minute emergencies/ damage control
*For liability reasons, our coordinators cannot hang any items using a ladder, and cannot carry or lift any items than 20lbs. There will be a charge of 20% extra for any events on a holiday weekend (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day New Years Eve, New Years Eve, 4th of July).
